Rooms are
available from 1pm on day of arrival. Guests
arriving earlier may leave luggage in the
hotel until rooms are available.
It is most
important to notify the Pembroke Hotel of
time of arrival. Please fill in the form provided
for this purpose. If no notification is received
by the hotel, then the accommodation will
be re-let after 3pm on that date.
There are
no reductions for temporary absence, meals
not taken or premature departure for any reason.
In the event
of cancellation, the deposit paid is non-returnable,
not transferable and subject to the accommodation
being re-let then a charge of two thirds of
the total account payable.
We strongly
recommend that it is advisable to take out
holiday insurance against cancellation.
We make every
effort to maintain prices, but reserve the
right to change these prices without notice
if costs increase above our expectations.
Rooms to be
vacated by 10am on day of departure to avoid
extra day being charged.
In the event
of the Government introducing VAT to small
hotels, we reserve the right to alter our
prices accordingly.
